01Who we are
LFG Alarm is operated by LFG Labs. Using this site, creating an account, or linking a social account means you accept these terms. If you don't, don't sign in.
02Your account
You sign in with Google or with a code sent to your email, and any account you sign in or link with must be yours. You're responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping access to the email you signed up with.
03Fair use of the list
The list is meant to be human. The following void your place, without notice:
- Automated or bulk sign-ups, including scripted invites.
- Purchased, rented or shared social accounts.
- Impersonating someone else, or claiming a handle to resell it.
- Attempting to read, alter or overload systems that aren't yours.
04What you post
Your handle, display name, bio and picture are yours, and you keep them. You give us permission to display them inside the product where it's needed, and nothing more. Keep them legal and keep them yours, and remove anything you don't hold the rights to.
05Availability
Nothing here is a promise of a launch date, a feature, or a position in line. We may change how the queue works, pause sign-ups, or reset the list if it's overrun. Invite standings are an estimate, not a contract.
06Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from your profile or by writing to us, and we'll remove it. We can close an account that breaks section 03. Either way, the deletion terms in the privacy policy apply.
07Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of a pre-launch product. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be limited.
08Changes
If these terms change materially, we'll email the address on your account before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version.
