# The studio: sound, wallpaper, snooze and note

The studio is where you choose how an LFG Alarm alarm looks and sounds: its name, its wallpaper, its song or voice, its snooze, the note you pin on it and the link it opens when people answer. Tap Pick the vibe after making an alarm, or open any alarm you made from the Alarms tab.

## The look

- **The wallpaper:** tap the art (**Change the wallpaper**) to open **Wallpapers**. Pick one, roll the dice for a random one, **Upload** your own picture or a short video (up to 30 seconds), or **Add GIF** to search GIFs.
- **Words on it:** a drawn wallpaper has **Write on the wallpaper**, for your own line.
- **The name:** type it under **Name this alarm**, and pick an emoji.
- **Preview** rings the alarm for real, so you can see and hear it before anyone else does.

## The sound

- **Music:** pick from **LFG picks**, your own sounds (**mine**) and the genre shelves, or **Upload a sound**.
- **Voiceover:** a line spoken on top of the music: pick a voice, upload, or **Record one**.
- **Cook a song or a voiceover:** Rocco makes one for this alarm. See [Cooking with Rocco](https://lfg.gm/wiki/cooking-with-rocco).
- **Silence:** pick **No music** or **No voiceover** if you want only one of the two.

## Snooze

Tap **Snooze** to set **Snooze for** 5, 10, 15, 30 or 60 minutes and **How many times**: 3, 10 or **Forever**. **Silent snooze** shows Rocco's roast instead of saying it out loud. The default is 5 minutes, 3 times.

Snooze is personal: what you pick applies to your phone, even on an alarm you ride. There is no setting that stops someone snoozing; the [wake board](https://lfg.gm/wiki/wake-board) just counts it.

**Chaos level** is in **Settings**, not the studio: **mild**, **medium** or **feral** sets how hard Rocco roasts you for snoozing, on every alarm. Medium is the default.

## The creator's note

Tap **Creator's note** to pin a message on the alarm for everyone who opens it: where to meet, what to bring. It shows under the trigger and on the Daily drop, never on the ring screen. You can change it any time, even after the alarm is sealed. A repeating morning alarm offers a **Morning routine** checklist to start from.

## The call to action link

Tap **Call to action link** and paste where the alarm should send people once they are up: the stream, the event page, the token chart. It opens when someone answers the ring. With no link, the alarm opens LFG Alarm to the morning stats.

## Reactions

On a friends or public alarm, the **Reactions** tab beside **Settings** holds the comments and hearts.

## An example

A launch alarm for a friend's project: the wallpaper says "WE ARE LIVE" in volt, the song is from the hip-hop shelf with a Hype man voiceover, the creator's note says "Retweet the pinned post first", and the call to action link goes to the launch page. Everyone who answers lands on the page in one tap.

## Good to know

- Tap **Save it** (or **Save changes**) when you are done; leaving asks whether to discard.
- Once a second person is riding the alarm, its look and sound are sealed; the rows show a lock. See [Editing and deleting](https://lfg.gm/wiki/editing-and-deleting).
