# Discover: finding public alarms

Discover is the tab in LFG Alarm where public alarms live. Browse what people are riding, filter by type, sort by new or biggest, and tap any alarm to see its details and ride it with one tap. LFG Alarm is a social alarm clock: one shared link rings every phone that joined.

## Find an alarm

1. Open the **Discover** tab.
2. Type in **Search alarms**, or filter by **All alarms**, **⏰ Time**, **👀 Social** or **📈 Onchain**, and sort by **New** or **Biggest**.
3. Each row shows the alarm's art, its name, what sets it off, who made it, who is riding, hearts and comments, and when it rings next (or **Watching**, for an alarm waiting on a moment).
4. Tap a row to open its details, then tap **Wake me too** to ride it.

## The live strip

Above the search row, a strip of trades moves on its own: buys and sells on FOMO, by GMGN KOLs, and **Smart money** cards where several tracked wallets or KOLs traded the same token.

- Tap a FOMO or GMGN card and Rocco asks which one should wake you: **Big moves by** that trader, or (for a FOMO card) **Any big moves with** that token. Either becomes a [trades alarm](https://lfg.gm/wiki/trades-alarms).
- Tap a **Smart money** card and it opens a plain [price alarm](https://lfg.gm/wiki/price-alarms) on that token.

The strip is for finding things worth watching, not tips. LFG Alarm is not affiliated with FOMO or GMGN.

## Examples of what you find here

- A fan account's post alarm on an artist's X account, for the moment the tour dates drop.
- A streamer's own "when I go live" alarm on their Twitch channel.
- A community's price alarm for a token they all hold.
- A morning club's repeating 5:00am time alarm.

## Good to know

- Mature alarms are hidden unless you switch them on under the sort, and you confirm once.
- Only public alarms appear here. Friends and private alarms never do.
- To put your own alarm here, make it public. See [Sharing and reach](https://lfg.gm/wiki/sharing-and-reach).
- Riding a public alarm does not make you friends with its creator.

Yes. Riding someone else's alarm is free.

### Can I stop riding later?
