## Why your alarm stopped working

You did not get worse at waking up; you got used to it. You heard the same tone every morning for a year and your brain filed it under furniture. LFG Alarm has hundreds of songs, sounds and voices. ## Get a witness

## Common mistakes

- Stacking five alarms a few minutes apart. You learn to sleep through all five. One loud alarm with a witness works better.

- Putting the phone right by your hand. Put it across the room so stopping it means standing up.
