Instinct reads the docs, adds the connection, and sends you a sign-in link. Sign in with your LFG Alarm account once, then text Instinct "wake me at 6:30 tomorrow" or "make an alarm for dinner Saturday with my friends", and the alarm rings on every phone that joined, through the LFG Alarm app. LFG Alarm is a social alarm clock for iPhone and Android. ## Before you start - **Get the LFG Alarm app on your phone** from Google Play or the App Store, and sign in. Instinct makes the alarms; the app is what rings them. - Have your LFG Alarm sign-in handy. You will sign in once, on lfg.gm, to let Instinct use your account. ## Connect it Send Instinct this message, by text or in its app. It carries the docs Instinct needs: ```text Connect LFG Alarm so you can make alarms for me. That is the whole setup. ## Use it in a chat Ask the way you already talk to Instinct. It is good at the back-and-forth: finding a time, checking calendars, coordinating with other people's Instincts. Once the plan is settled, it can make the alarm and hand you one link for everyone, so the moment rings every phone instead of arriving as one more message. ## Try it Once it is connected, text it in plain words: **Try this.** Paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or another AI agent that has the LFG Alarm connector (https://mcp.lfg.gm), not into the LFG Alarm app. The person needs the LFG Alarm app on their phone. > Use LFG Alarm to make a friends alarm for 5:00pm this Saturday called "Dinner at Sol, 7pm", with "DINNER AT 7" drawn on the wallpaper, and send me the link to post in our group chat. Why it works: The plan Instinct just settled becomes one link the whole chat can join, ringing two hours before the reservation so people start getting ready. More ideas: "Wake me at 6:15 every weekday", "Add my friends [username] and [username] to the Dinner alarm", or "What alarms do I have this week?". Today Instinct can set time alarms, price alarms, post alarms (an X account posting what you describe, or a Twitch or YouTube channel going live), event alarms from a Luma or Partiful link, and anything alarms; list, change and delete them; and add your friends or a whole group.
